Vehicle Pickup/Delivery

You have the choice of driving your vehicle to the auction facility or having CarAlternative.com schedule it for a tow.

If you choose the towing option, the towing expense (averaging $80) will be a deducted expense reflected on your payment summary.

However, if we fail to sell the vehicle at a price high enough to cover the towing expense, you will not be billed for the towing expense.

Towing occurs two business days from the day you book your order.
