Payment occurs approximately 5-8 weeks from the pickup/delivery date.

*The commission cap ensures that you will greatly benefit in cases where the auction net proceeds of the vehicle are higher than $2,000.

Payment Timing and Verification
When CarAlternative.com processes your order the following events occur:
- Pickup: one to two business days after the order is booked.
- Title transfer: one to four weeks from the pickup date
- Sale process: one to two weeks from title transfer
- Customer payment: two weeks from the sale date
CarAlternative.com sends an integrated payment summary with your check approximately 5-8 weeks after pickup/delivery. The payment summary includes a copy of the actual sale invoice generated by the auction company. The auction sale invoice shows the sale price, towing expense (if applicable) and auction fee.
