The quality of the auction is important. To get the highest possible price for your car, CarAlternative.com has carefully chosen its auction partners. We only use the nation's largest and most respected auction companies. Because we use large, national auction companies with branch locations throughout the country, our auctions produce consistently good sale prices. Furthermore, using the large national auction houses allows us to have full computer integration with our auction partners—giving us the ability to effectively track and manage each vehicle we handle.
Minimum Bids
CarAlternative.com sets a minimum bid on each vehicle. Cars cannot be sold under this amount without our approval. Cars not achieving minimum bid price are rerun a second time at auction automatically. This ensures that every vehicle is sold at the best possible price.
Coordination and Integration
CarAlternative.com works very closely with our auction partners. We don't just hand you off to the auction company and forget about you. It's just the opposite. You will have our 800 service number and we'll be available to assist you until your check and payment summary arrive and you are satisfied with the transaction.
CarAlternative.com has total computer access to your account with the auction company. If you call us, within seconds we can lookup your auction account and provide you with any information or support you may need.
