Our 800 number is not published on the website, however as soon as you submit your service application online, we rapidly respond by email within one hour Monday thru Friday 8-5pm Pacific time, inviting you to call our 800 number to book your delivery and sale. To speak to a customer service representative prior to submitting your service application please send an email and a customer service representative will call you back immediately.

If we can not accept your application we respond quickly by email letting you know our decision to decline the application.  In this email we give helpful suggestions for other ways to dispose of your vehicle. Our decision to accept a vehicle is based on whether we can sell it at auction for $400 or more.

The service guide page is the first place you should visit.  It summarizes exactly how the service works, and directs you to other pages depending on what step you are at in the process.  If you use the service guide you will actually find that our menus are not needed.

The design goal of our website is to address every aspect of our service in great detail, while making it extremely simple and easy to navigate and find information.  If you follow the steps in the service guide you literally can’t go wrong.

Our Service Capability

We have an excellent staff of customer service representatives to assist you.  We also have full computer integration with each auction facility and can instantly answer questions about the delivery and sale of the vehicle.

We don’t just take your order and hand you off to the auction company.  We are your single point of contact from the moment you apply for our service until you receive your payment in the mail.

Customers receive two emails after the order has been booked.  The first email informs you when your vehicle goes on sale, and approximately two weeks later the second email informs you of the sale price, payment amount, and when to expect the payment in the mail.

Our Service Philosophy

By directing people first to the website, we guarantee you will get prompt, detailed and accurate information.  Because our customer service representatives are not tied up answering pre-application questions, they are available to spend all the time necessary with customers whose service applications have been accepted.  This means you will be guaranteed to have a pleasant experience using our service.
