Booking The Order
Once we approve your online service request you will receive an email back within one hour Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm Pacific time, inviting you to call our 800 number to schedule and confirm your pickup or delivery.
When you call to confirm your order our service representative will go over the paperwork and pickup/delivery procedure. During this conversation we can also answer any other questions you may have.
If you commit to a pickup or delivery you will immediately receive an email containing our pickup/delivery confirmation (a document stating that you have authorized CarAlternative.com to take physical and legal possession of your vehicle, and a promise to pay you the net proceeds owed to you from the sale of your vehicle at auction).
