CarAlternative.com does not take applications over the phone. To apply for our service please submit a service application request online.
Not every vehicle is accepted. Please see our Vehicle Qualifications page.
After you submit your service application we will respond by email within one hour Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm Pacific time. If your vehicle is at a repair shop your application will receive a higher priority and we will do our best to respond sooner than our normal one hour.
